Conditions of Use

below are some, though not all, violations which may result in the Site deleting
your postings. You agree not to do any of the following requests while posting,
and/or viewing, an ad to/on the Site:

ZEEZO.COM considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or
otherwise objectionable;
- impersonate in the Site any business or person, living or dead, famous or
not;
- intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations
having the force of law while using or accessing the Site or in connection
with your use of the Site in any manner.
Ad and Listings Submission rules:
We have the right to remove your ad or listing at any time and for any reason
we see fit without having to explain in writing or oral communication to any
reason we see fit to delete your ad.
Do not submit unrelated ads. All ads should be related to the topic and category
you submit to.
Do not spam. Spamming by placing multiple ads or unrelated ads to the subject of
this website is very annoying to the searcher and will cause less
interest and less exposure to the legit ads.
Do not place multiple ads in the same category with the same content.
If you submitted more than one and/or wish to delete your ad, contact us right
away with such a request.
Ads self-delete 30 days from posting. Listings remain in Zeezo as long as the
website is up and running.
One you submit an ad or listing, a live representative will review your ad or
listing and makes sure it contains proper content for the searcher. This way we
keep spam away from the searcher and insure proper and clean search. Most ads
and listings are reviewed and posted in 24 hours.
When you click on the submit button to post an ad means you have read
our terms of use page and you understand all its content and you are obeyding by
our rules and terms of use.
Intellectual Property
You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content to the Site that
infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary
rights ("Rights") of any party. By submitting Content to the Site you
automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly
granted -- Jobs-Employment.NET the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable,
non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish,
translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such
Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in
any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of
any Rights that may exist in such Content.

the time. ZEEZO.COM may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no
areas of the Site for adherence to this Agreement or rules.

You expressly agree that use of ZEEZO.COM is at your own risk. ZEEZO.COM shall
not be responsible to you for any content found on the Site. ZEEZO.COM expressly
disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and no infringement.
ZEEZO.COM makes no warranty that the Site will be timely, secure, error free, or
meet your requirements; nor does ZEEZO.COM make any warranty as to the results
that may be obtained from the use of the Site or as to the accuracy or
reliability of any information obtained through the Site. No advice or

including, but not limited to, network outages, Internet connectivity problems
and client side browser issues.

Site. It is hereby also understood that any person posting to the Site will have
been presented with this disclaimer and terms of use prior to doing so and, as

Indemnity
